The ‘HidroVac’ Self-Priming System 

All SuperHawk pump-sets incorporate our unique ‘HidroVac’ self-priming system.  A priming system is necessary whenever a centrifugal pump is located above the level of the source liquid in order to evacuate air from the suction side of the pump. Once the air is removed then liquid is able to enter the pump and pumping can commence.

The HidroVac system is a new innovation.  It has been designed and manufactured by Hidrostal especially for the SuperHawk range, and it is found nowhere else.
