The non-clogging design of the Hidrostal screw centrifugal impeller ensures that SuperHawk pumps can efficiently handle all types of sludge without suffering from blockages.  Additionally, the low shear properties of the impeller mean that the floc of Return Activated Sludge (RAS) is not damaged as a result of passage through the pump.  SuperHawk pumps can thus be used for a wide range of sludge pumping activities including:
